You can safely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless recommended otherwise due to high threat Pregnancy.

Strolling is usually advised at all stages. Your Gynecologist may also advise on certain Pelvic exercises to improve possibilities of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can help me stay comfortable during Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.
• Drink Plenty of Water.
• Take Small snacks to avoid hypoglycemia- Fresh Fruits/ Dry Fruits.
• Avoid usage of Tea/ Coffee/ Aerated drinks- Replace it with Coconut water/ Fresh Juice.
• Frequently change your sitting position.
• Antacids/ Anti-Emetic medications must be kept helpful (as recommended by your Doctor).
• Wear Comfortable loose clothes- Opt for Maternity Pants.
• Stay away from Active & Passive Smoking; and Alcoholic beverages.
